Did you know The International Space Station (ISS) can accommodate as many as six professional astronauts, some guests and is larger than a six bedroom house?

1) 230 People have visited from a total of 18 countries (as of March 2019).
2) The ISS was assembled over the course 42 flights:
37 US Space Shuttle launches & five Russian launches
3) A space shuttle launched from earth can reach the ISS in as little as six hours!
(Or the time it takes to fly from New York City to Los Angeles)
4) The space crew's health is monitored by 350,000 sensors on board the ISS
