Looks like SOMEBODY accidentally broke the superstitious tradition of NO RED SOCKS (sorry Boston) ON LAUNCH DAY! Thanks a lot intern Chad (kidding). Details of other Launch superstitions can be read here.

Not to fear: The Launch has simply been moved to Saturday May 30th, 2020 due to a better weather forecast. For Rocket Launch Specific Weather Criteria click here.

Saturday's SpaceX - NASA launch will be historic for a couple reasons:

This will be the first launch to the International Space Station (ISS) on US soil since 2011. And, NASA does not own the rocket, spacecraft, launch pad, nor the launch pad equipment. This gives SpaceX control of its private property and launch as the intergalactic dinner host so to speak, while NASA simply brings the bottle of wine- or in this case: the astronauts.

Stay Tuned, Cross Your Fingers, and wear GREEN SOCKS!

Check back on Saturday May 27th, 2020...
